Who We Are
		god-parent n. a person who sponsors a child, as at baptism, and assumes responsibility for his or her faith   Although we are not traditional godparents, G4TZ provides educational opportunities to young people in Tanzania who might otherwise go without.   Tanzania is one of the world's poorest countries. We believe that the best way to increase the standard of living there is to help young people go to school. Our students are Tanzania's next generation of leaders. Equipped with an education, these young people will be able to improve life for themselves, their families, and their communities. In this way, G4TZ fosters faith in our students and provides them with hope for a better future.
