Kristin Westermann is the Administrator of Godparents for Tanzania which supports more than 125 Tanzanian students at secondary and university levels.

"A visit to Tanzania is invariably a great adventure. One never tires of the majestic vistas dominated by The Mountain (Kilimanjaro) or the great animal herds of Ngorongoro Crater.
But what draws me back is the warmth, faith and heartfelt welcome of the people there. Never have I encountered such commitment and joy among people living in such incredibly difficult circumstances as among our friends in Tanzania. We have so much to learn from them, and they are so eager to teach us and even thank us for the privilege of doing so! They are just amazing! How very fortunate we are to know them and call them our friends.
