1. Send in your non-refundable deposit of $250.00 made payable to "Godparents for Tanzania" to:

2. Sign and send in the Liability Release Form with your deposit.
Note: Discovery Safari trips normally fill up about eight to nine months in advance of the trip departure date. Please make your reservation as soon as possible by completing the reservation requirements noted above.
