The Karatu Internet Caf Project (KIC), an education project of Godparents for Tanzania benefiting the youth of Karatu Vocational Training School and the wider community of Karatu, Tanzania, East Africa.
Tanzania is one of the poorest countries in the world with an average family income of less than $400 per year.
For the vast majority of young people in Tanzania, there is little opportunity for education beyond the primary level. The Karatu Internet Cafe Project seeks to address this concern.
